Fluted tartlet made from sweet short-crust butter pastry, dough mixing with premium red food-grade coloring (E129) results in a unique design. Pre-baked and bake-stable with additional aluminum mold. Coated internally with cocoa-butter for moisture protection and can be placed in room temperature, chiller or freezer (with plastic sheet).
