As company policy, Red Tart Pastry is not responsible for tartlets once packaging has been opened. Red Tart Pastry adheres to HACCP and our unique triple-check quality control standards to ensure tarts are not damaged when packaged. 

Should the tartlets not meet clientele satisfaction, it is the responsibility of the client to document the issue and note down the unique batch number on the tart box/sheet for further investigation.  It is then at Red Tart’s discretion whether you are offered a percentage off of your next order, money back, or store credit to be used against a future purchase with us. As taste and texture are subjective, we would not offer credit, money back, or a percentage off for these reasons.

We cannot be held liable for any damages to tarts once packaging is open. once confirmation of delivery has been sent to us. If you collect tartlets from our facility, Red Tart Pastry cannot be held liable for any damages to the tartlets once they have left the facility. The products are certified BAKE-STABLE however please do not leave them under direct sunlight, Red Tart is not responsible for poor storage conditions and damages that result from such conditions.

We will always endeavor to deliver within the given time slot, however as we adhere to on-demand production, delivery timings cannot be guaranteed. Refunds will not be given for delayed deliveries and any delivery complaints will be provided through direct contact with Red Tart Management.




Red Tart Pastry refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since purchase, Red Tart cannot offer a full refund or exchange to clientle.

To be eligible for a return, the tartlet box must be unused and in the same condition that the client received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as puff-pastries, filled tartlets, baked cheese tarts and hot foods cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, Red Tart Pastry requires a receipt or proof of purchase.



Once the clientele’s return is received and inspected, Red Tart Pastry will send its client an email or WhatsApp message to notify receival and approval/non-approval of the returned item. 

If approved, both company accounts department will coordinate for the cancellation or adjustment of tax invoice.



Red Tart Pastry only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. If the client needs to exchange it for the same item, such as the wrong flavor was packaged, we request the client to send an email and return the item to Red Tart Pastry Musaffah Branch.
