Description
Straight-edged round tartlet made from short-crust cookie butter pastry, uses premium food-grade coloring (E102) for a Canary yellow texture. Pre-baked and bake-stable. Coated internally with cocoa-butter for moisture protection and can be placed in room temperature, chiller or freezer (with plastic sheet).
