Straight-edged round tartlet made from sweet short-crust butter pastry, uses Raspberry flavoring and premium food-grade coloring (E129) for a bold red texture with Raspberry hints for sweet treats. Pre-baked and bake-stable. Coated internally with cocoa-butter for moisture protection and can be placed in room temperature, chiller or freezer (with plastic sheet).
