Straight-edged mini round tartlet made from sweet short-crust butter pastry, uses Banana extract and premium food-grade coloring (E102) for a tangy tropical taste and yellow texture. Pre-baked and bake-stable. Coated internally with cocoa-butter for moisture protection and can be placed in room temperature, chiller or freezer (with plastic sheet).
