Slanted straight-edged mini square tartlets made from short-crust butter pastry, available in sweet, savory, plain or salty flavors and golden-brown coloring. Pre-baked and bake-stable. Coated internally with cocoa-butter for moisture protection and can be placed in room temperature, chiller or freezer (with plastic sheet).
